MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Reserving Class

At NorthEast CrossFit we use an online system called ZenPlanner (ZP) to keep track of our attendance records. In ZP, you will be able to personalize your profile, check-in to class, and reserve a spot in classes that you know fill up fast.

Like we mention above, ZP is also the place you will check-in to class. We do expect that all of our members reserve their class spot at least 2 hours prior to starting class! It is better to sign up and not show up than to show up and not sign up.
Membership Hold/Freeze Policy

We do not offer have the option to hold, unless there is a medical reason with a note provided by your doctor.

Minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days for a medical hold.

Cancellations/Refunds/Renewals
Month-to-Month Memberships

Notice must be given within 7 days of the next billing cycle. All cancellation requests are to be emailed to info@northeastcrossfit.com

We do not issue refunds.
12 Month Commitment

Notice must be given within 7 days of the next billing cycle regarding cancellation. You will be assessed the $30 difference between the month to month membership and the commitment, but only for the months used.​

For example – if you decide to cancel after 4 months, you would not be charged for the 8 months of unused membership. You would only be charged for the 4 months you used, so the cancellation fee would be $120.

On-Ramps & Private Coaching

No-shows or last minute cancellation (less than 24 hrs) will result in a $30 fee for all On-Ramps.

No-shows or last minute cancellations will be a loss of a session for all private coaching sessions.

On-Ramps are not to be taken before a vacation or scheduled time off
